  • This place ports you many years back. It's a combination of Japan and jazz. The atmosphere is really nice. We enjoyed it very much. They have classic japanese bar downstairs and a few tables upstairs. We've ordered vegetarian menu. It was delicious and the portions were generous. They have menu in English. They accept only cash.

  • Healthy Japanese food restaurant with vegan options. All ingredients are cooked delicately to preserve nutrients. You will feel light and nourished. The place is very old, chairs are about to break (be careful seating). The owners are discreet polite people.

  • We had the vegetarian set meal that was served japanese style (many bowls) and was only 1000 yen! Unique seating and dark woodwork around the place felt great.

  • The food here was so clean and nourishing - just what I needed after feasting for the past few days during my japan trip. I would recommend opting for the brown rice, which had a unique mushy texture as well as a nutty flavour that comes through even more with each bite.

  • We entered for an early dinner on a Saturday afternoon, and were the only customers. The space is very cozy and atmospheric. The food was very reasonably priced (how many places in Tokyo can you get a teishoku meal for 1000 yen these days anyway?) and very filling. The ingredients where nutritious whole foods. I had the fish meal, and my friend had the vegetable meal, with brown rice. There is an English language menu. The toilet upstairs is traditional which was a fun touch, haven't seen one of those in Tokyo in years...
